An experienced professionally trained consultant Home Economist who is creative and self motivated with experience in planning and running cookery courses, product and recipe development, recipe writing, hospitality training and cookery event organising for Celebrity Chefs.

Alison was brought up in her parents Artisan Bakery, so her love of good food was instilled from a very young age and it was no surprise after cooking in ski chalets and shooting lodges she began an exciting career in Home Economics setting up a development kitchen and running a team of Home Economists and freelance demonstrators for a large manufacturer gaining a wealth of expertise within the industry.

She has specialized in product and food development whilst teaching and training adults and children about food and, instilling her passion for cooking whilst embracing the importance of using fresh ingredients to provide delicious quality food in a fun environment.

Working for a leading supermarket and running courses in well established cookery schools she has a wealth of experience and enthusiasm in meeting the needs of the client with her flexible organized approach they are confident in her ability.
